While digital files are convenient for a lot of reasons, there’s nothing like photography products that you can touch and feel and hold in your hand. Matted prints are not new in fact prints are often matted in the framing process. What has become more common is that smaller matted prints are sold either singularly or in groupings and you can store them in boxes or easily frame them yourself if you choose.
Two common sizes are 7x10 or 8x10 prints matted to 11x14 final size or a smaller 5x7 print matted to an 8x10 size.
